Non-Refundable Sales: All sales, including TikTok accounts and added balances, are final and non-refundable, regardless of the account's status, including suspension or violations of conduct. 3.5. Discord Channel Deletion: Following account suspension, the associated Discord channel will be deleted to optimize community engagement. 3.6. Reactivation Procedure: Users may contact IKIGAI to request reactivation of suspended accounts. However, reactivation is subject to review and may not be possible. 3.7. Notification of Suspension: Users will be notified prior to suspension due to inactivity, reminding them of the non-refundable nature of the Service. 4. Quality Assurance 4.1. IKIGAI is committed to delivering high-quality services. Any issues with the Service should be communicated immediately for assistance or resolution. 5. Customer Support and Dispute Resolution 5.1.
